H (0) simply refers to the value of the function h (x) when x = 0. All we have to do to find that value is substitute the x's in the expression for 0's. Here, we have:

    h (x) = - x + 1

    h (0) = - (0) + 1 = 1

So, h (0) in this case would be 1.
