If p (e) equals=0.45, p (e or f) equals=0.65 , and p (e and f) equals=0.10, find p (f).

    Using relationship

    P (E or F) = P (E) + P (F) - P (E and F)

    Substitute

    0.65=0.45+P (F) - 0.10

    solve for

    P (F) = 0.65-0.45+0.10=0.30
