    Hello,

    f (x) = (x+3) / 5

    y = (x+3) / 5 = = >x = (y+3) / 5==>5x=y+3==>y=5x-3

    g (x) = 5x-3

    since g (x) = f^ (-1) (x), g (f (x)) = x

    Indeed:

    g (f (x)) = g ((x+3) / 5) = 5[ (x+3) / 5}-3=x+3-3=x
