Why might it be easier to open an account with a bank than a credit union?

    It is easier because in a bank you are like investing and saving. Like in a bank you can have more than one account. There can be a savings account and a checking account and it's your choice which one you would like to choose. And the bank sometimes pay you just for using whatever particular bank it might be.
