4a^3 + 3a^2 + 2a + 1

    4a^3 + 3a^2 + 2a + 1 ... and this cannot be simplified

    4a^3 = 1st term

    3a^2 = 2nd term

    2a = 3rd term

    1 = 4th term

    so we have 4 terms <==
