Cones and polyhedrons both only have one base

    Cones only have one base but polyhedrons can have multiply surfaces that can be used as a base ... A polyhedron is a three-dimensional object with flat two dimensional faces such as a cube. So it can have multiple bases depending upon which side is placed horizontally on the ground.
