There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon. It would take 12 bees to make one teaspoon. So multiply the 12 by 3 to get the total number of bees needed to make 3 teaspoons / 1 tablespoon.

    Answer: 24 honey bees

24 bees because if one bee can make 1/12 of a teaspoon, then 24 bees can make 2.
