    (1/10) / (1/6) = x / 1 ... 1/10 bag to 1/6 gall = x bags to 1 gall

    cross multiply

    (1/6) (x) = (1/10) (1)

    1/6x = 1/10

    x = (1/10) / (1/6)

    x = 1/10 * 6/1

    x = 6/10 which reduces to 3/5 bags <==
