What are some of the characteristics of safe vs. "at risk" drivers

    Safe: Both hands on the wheel, seatbelt, sober, and cautious.

    At Risk: Smoking, putting on makeup, one or no hand (s) on the wheel, no seatbelt, drunk and/or high, and reckless driving.

    Safe drivers follow every rule and pay close attention to all the signs. at risk drivers are also reckless driver who will run a red light and turn left when when not supposed to. basically safe follow rules at risk doesnt
