    The answer is 1.5 * 10⁻¹² m²

    1 m = 10⁶ μm

    (1 m) ² = (10⁶ μm) ²

    1 m² = (10⁶) ² μm²

    1 m² = 10⁶*² μm²

    1 m² = 10¹² μm²

    ⇒ 1 μm² = 10⁻¹² m²

    ⇒ 1.5 μm² = 1.5 * 10⁻¹² m²
