Step-by-step explanation:
I divide 3/6 to make between them a proportional relationship. So there is one ratio which is 1/2. There is also another ration which is 3/6. So here is the deal. If we divide 3/6 we get 1/2. We don't need to divide 1/2. Because it is already divided. SO we get in each ratio 1/2. So that is completely match with each other. So we got proportional relationship between them.
