A tent originally costs $450, but it is on sale for 22% off. If a customer buying the tent has a coupon for $20.00 off of any purchase, what will her final price be on the tent?

    Find 22% of $450: you can use the cross-multiply way to find this. (Comment back if you want me to show you how)

    That is $99

    Subtract 20 because of the coupon, so you should be $79 (if tax isn't included)

    99-20 = 79

    $79 is the answer
