    Use a proportion.

    Let the unknown number of grapes be x.

    5 grapes to 2 strawberries equals x grapes to 16 strawberries.

    5/2 = x/16

    Cross multiply

    2x = 5 * 16

    2x = 80

    Divide both sides by 2

    x = 40

    Answer: She will use 40 grapes.
