If x=weight in lb of Indonesian cinnamon and y=that of Thai cinnamon

x+y=16 (combined weight), so y=16-x;

19x+11y=16*17 (combined price);

19x+11 (16-x) = 272;

19x+176-11x=272;

8x=96, so x=12 and y=16-12=4.

12lb of Indonesian cinnamon and 4lb of Thai cinnamon.
