a paramedic stocks ambulance with 4 boxes of gauze., each box contains 12 gauze pads. they use 28 pafs. what fraction represents the number of gauze pads left?

    4*12=48

    Next find how many pads left:

    48-28=20

    Now create fraction:

    20/48=5/8
