    The population parameter is P - P2.

    Step-by-step explanation:

Since the anti-smoking campaign has been conducted from 2005 to 2015 so let the proportion of adult smokers in 2005 is "P1" and Let the proportions of adult smokers in 2015 is "P2". However, the difference between the two population proportions is known as the population parameter of interest i. e. P - P2.
