    6 pitchers.

    1 pitcher = 2 quart and 1pint.

    6 pitchers = 6 * (2 quart + 1 pint)

    = 6*2 quarts + 6*1 pint

    = 12 quarts + 6 pints.

    Note: 1 quart = 2 pints.

    12 quarts + 6 pints = 12*2 pints + 6 pints

    24 pints + 6 pints = 30 pints

    30 pints of juice.

He has 30 pints because there is 2 pints in one quart so there is 5 pints per pitcher. 5 x 6 = 30
