A new patio is in the shape of a square. On a scale drawing, the vertices of the patio's coordinates are: (6,1.5), (6,-5.5), (-1,-5.5) -, (-1,1.5). How long is each side of the patio?

    Seven units long. The distance between 2 sides, in this example is 6, and - 1. The distance between 6 and - 1 is 7, so when you add units, you get 7 units.
