    1/5

    Step-by-step explanation:

    60 / 5 = 12

So there are 12 red, 12 orange, 12 yellow, 12 green, 12 purple

    P (green) = green / total = 12/60 = 1/5

If a bag of skittles has and equal amount of red, orange, yellow, green and purple there are 60 colors and 5 colors so 60 skittles and 5 colors divided give u 12 so that means that there are 12 skittles of each color so the probability would be 12 out 60 skittles
