    Hamburgers : 225

    Cheeseburgers : 286

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Let x be the number of hamburgers and y be the number of cheseburgers

    Hamburgers: x

    Chesseburgers (sold more than hamburgers 61) : y = (x + 61)

    We have the equation: x + y = 511

    x + (x + 61) = 511

    2x + 61 = 511

    2x = 450

    x = 225

    y = (x + 61)

    y = 225 + 61

    y = 286

    286

    Step-by-step explanation:

    511/2 = 255 each + 1 remainder

    255-30 = 225 hamburgers

    255+30+1 = 286 cheeseburgers
