Suppose a jar contains 5 reds balls and 7 green balls. with eyes closed, you choose two balls at random, one after the other. what is the probability that your first ball is red and your second ball is green?

    The odds of getting a red first is 5/12. the odds of getting a green second is 7/11. the probability of both is then 5/12 * 7/11, or 35/132
