    B. 54 meters

    first you want to set up your ratios and cross multiply to figure out the number to square l's ratio. which would be 10.8.

    then use formula for perimeter

    2 (l) + 2 (w) = 9

    2 (10.8) + 2 (18) = 53.6-rounded = 54
