No, when you divide 2 fraction you can get anything for an answer

    for example

    (16/5) : (4/5) = 4

    (9/2) : (3/2) = 3

    first example is 16/5<4

    second 9/2>3

I mean it depends. If you divide a fraction greater than 1, then it's possible that the quotient will be greater than the dividend.
