Find the horizontal or oblique asymptote of f (x) = 2 x squared plus 5 x plus 6, all over x plus 1

A) y = - 1

B) y = - 2

C) y = 2x + 3

D) y = - 2x + 5

    Hello:

    f (x) = (2x²+5x+6) / (x+1)

    Answer (B) because lim (2x²+5x+6) / (x+1) - (2x+3) = 0
