    At 10:04, u rode 23 miles

at 10:17, u have ridden a total of 179 miles

    so in 13 minutes, u have ridden a total of (179 - 23) = 156 miles

    156 miles in 13 minutes = 156/13 = 12 miles per minute ... 60 minutes in 1 hr ... 12/60 = 1/5 miles per hr < = = none of these
