Mo bought a more apples than Pete. Pete bought 14 apples. Each apple is $0.25. Write an expression to show how much money Mo spent on apples.

    Pete bought = 14 apples

    Mo bought = 14 + 1 = 15 apple (as Mo bought a means 1 apple more than Pete)

    Each apple cost $0.25

    So 15 apples cost = $ (15 x 0.25) = $ 3.75
