A bag contains green marbles and blue marbles, 104 in total. The number of green marbles is 8 more than 5 times the number of blue marbles. How many green marbles are there?

    g=numGreenMarbles

    b=numBlueMarbles

    g+b=104

    g=5b+8

    b=104-g

    g=5 (104-g) + 8=520-5g+8

    g=88
