    10b^2 - 27b + 18

    10 * 18 = 180

    180 / - 12 = - 15

    -12 + - 15 = 27

    (10b^2 - 15b) ( - 12b + 18)

    Factor 5b out of first equation, factor - 6 out of the second

    (5b - 6) (2b - 3)

    b = { (6/5), (3/2) }
