An individual is planning a party for their birthday. Last year they invited 23 people and bought 50 hamburgers to cook for the party, and there were 3 left over. This year, they are planning on inviting 15 people and bought 30 hamburgers. Should the individual have hamburgers left over this year if they plan on everyone eating 2 hamburgers each?
