    So the problem ask if the said parabola with a function of y = x^2-4x+3 opens up or down and find its vertex if its maximum and minimum and also find its X-intercept and the possible answer would be that the parabola opens up because it is positive, the vertex is minimum because its positive, the vertex is (2,-1), ad its x - intercept is (3,0) and (1,0)
