it isnt possible to have √-9 because there aren't two same numbers that can multiply to - 9, it can't be - 3 because - 3 x - 3 = 9 not - 9, it also can't be 3 because 3 x 3 = 9 as well!
if it is √9 and you just diud an accidental typo, then the answer would be 2, because
√9=3
3/2=1.5
and 2 is the only whole number between 3 and 1.5
