    1/6

    Step-by-step explanation:

Since we don't care what appears on the first roll

    P (outcome) = 1

    Second roll

    P (1 or 2) = number of 1 or 2 / total number of outcomes

    =2/6 = 1/2

    Third roll

    odd numbers 1,3,5

P (odd number) = number of odd numbers / total

    =3/6 = 1/2

    P (outcome, 1or 2, odd) = P (outcome) * P (1 or 2) * P (odd number)

    = 1 * 1/3 * 1/2

    = 1/6
