Hello:
the area is : A = πr²
π ≃ 3.14 r : ridus
diameter = 2 r
r = 18/2 = 9 ft
A=3.14*9² = 254.34 ft²

Formula of the Area of a circle: π. R²
Diameter = 18 ft so R, te radius = 9ft
Hence area of this circle = π. (9) ² = 81π ft² OR 254.47 ft²
