    If you shift function f (x) a units right you'll get f (x-a) function.

    So if you have f (x) = x², you'll get f (x-10) = (x-10) ² - answer B

    other formulas:

    a units left: f (x+a)

    a units up: f (x) + a

    a units down: f (x) - a
