Reduce the fraction to lowest terms

    Assuming 5/2y is the fraction,

    = y + 5/2y + 10

    You can divide the entire fraction (both numerator and denominator) by 2

    = y + 2.5/y + 10

    That is as far simplified, or 'lowest terms' as it gets.
