All I did was multiply 189.92 by. 25 then I took 47.48 and subtracted it from 189.92

(189.92) (.25) = 47.48

1/4=.25 The above calculation tells how much 1/4 of the item's cost is.

Then you take the original price (189.92) and subtract 1/4 of the items cost aka 47.48.

129.92-47.48=142.44
