Income tax takes AWAY from your weekly income. Multiply 575 by 0.14 which equates to 80.5. You then subtract 80.5 from 575 and you then get 494.5. An easier way to do this is just subtract 14% from 100% so that it immediately gets you to the amount of money left after your income tax. With that being said, the answer would be 494.5
