Thats how u solve it
100%/x%=65/39
(100/x) * x = (65/39) * x - we multiply both sides of the equation by x
100=1.66666666667*x - we divide both sides of the equation by (1.66666666667) to get x
100/1.66666666667=x
60=x
x=60
so 39 is 60% of 65
