    By addition theorem of probability,

    P (AUB) = P (A) + P (B) - P (A∩B)

    or

    P (A or B) = P (A) + P (B) - P (A and B)

    P (A or B) = 0.7 + 0.4 - 0.3 = 0.8

Therefore, the probability that randomly selected person likes pizza or burger is 0.8
