    Ok so

    82%=82/100=0.82

    82% of all = peanuts

    total=6+9=15kg

    all=15

    0.82 times 15=peanuts

    12.3=peanuts

    12.3kg of peanuts total

    9kgpeanuts+xkgpeanuts (inmixednuts) = 12.3

    subtract 9 from both sides

    xkgpeanuts=3.3kg

    3.3/9=x%

    x%=x/100

    3.3/9=x/100

    1.1/3=x/100

    multiply both sides by 300

    110=3x

    divide both sides by 3

    36.6666=x

    36.6666% is answer
