    Exponential growth formula is : P = Ae^kt

    1999-1993 = 6

    1993 = P (0) = 94 million

    1996 = P (6) = 99 million

    P (6) = P (0) e^ (6 k)

    99 = 94 e^ (6 k)

    e^ (6 k) = 99/94

    6 k = ln (99/94)

    k = ln (99/94) / 6 = 0.0086375

    2010 - 1993 = 19

    Now we have:

    P (19) = 94e^ (19*0.0086375)

    P19 = 110.765 million

    Rounded to the nearest million = 111 million.
