There are 3 types of fajitas, with 2 types of tortillas, and 3 types of salsa.

To get all the different combinations, you must multiply all the different possibilities together, hence there are 3 types * 2 tortillas * 3 salsas choices.

    3 * 2 * 3 = 18

There are 18 choices of fajitas.
