    Eva's sister WAS NOT correct.

The correct ratio is 93 chocolates to 279 non chocolates.

    Step-by-step explanation:

The chance of getting chocolate is 1 in 4.

It implies she gets 1 chocolate for every 3 non chocolate.

    ⇒The ratio of Chocolate : Non Chocolate = 1 : 3

    or, we can say that:

Number of non - chocolates = 3 x (Number of chocolates)

Now, Eva received 93 chocolates and 275 non chocolates.

Now here, Number of non chocolates should be 3 x 93 = 279

But she has received 275 chocolates.

⇒ Eva has received 4 chocolates LESS than the desired number.

Hence, Eva's sister WAS NOT correct.

The correct ratio is 93 chocolates to 279 non chocolates.
