    I'm guessing it's 4 because 12 is too much and the negatives are becoming lower numbers

    x=4

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Plug in

    (-6+6) (-6+2) = 60

    (0) (-4) = 60

    0=60, so - 6 wouldn't work since 0 isn't equal to 60

    (-4+6) (-4+2) = 60

    (2) (-2) = 60

    -4=60, so - 4 wouldn't work since - 4 isn't equal to 60

    (4+6) (4+2) = 60

    (10) (6) = 60

    60=60, so 4 would work since 60 is equal to 60

    (12+6) (12+2) = 60

    (18) (14) = 60

    252=60, so 12 wouldn't work since 252 isn't equal to 60
