A farmer collects 12 dozen eggs for her chicken. She sells 56 of the eggs at the farmers market and give the rest to friends and neighbors. If she sells each dozen for $4.50, how much will she earn from the eggs she sells?

    she have 12 dozen eggs however she sells only 56 eggs

    since in one dozen 12 eggs so 56/12 = 4.6 times $4.50 = 20.70
