The oldest child in a family of four children is twice as old as the yougest. The two middle children are 13 and 15 years old. If the average age of the children is 13, how old is the youngest child?

    The youngest child is 8 years old.

    8 x 2 = 16

    8 + 13 + 15 + 16 = 52

    52 / 4 = 13
