Mark and carlos started saving money at the same time. Mark saved 1.20 daily and Carlos saved 0.30 more than Mark each day. How much did Mark save if Carlos saved a total of 11.40 more than Mark?

    Mark saved $1.20 daily.

    Carlos saved $1.50 daily.

    Let M = total saved by Mark.

    1.20/1.50 = M / (11.40)
