To find the median, you must first rearrange them in order.
28, 36, 38, 50, 73, 80
Then, you cross out each number from left to right until you have one or two numbers left.
28, 36, 38, 50, 73, 80 - - > 38, 50
Since there are two numbers, you find the average of them.
38+50 = 88; 88/2 = 44
The median is 44
