Sharon is 54 inches tall. A tree in her backyard 5 times as tall as she is. The floor of her tree houses at a height that is twice as tall as she is. What is the difference, and inches, between the top of the tree in the floor of the treehouse

    So, since Sharon is 54 inches tall, and the tree is 5 times taller than she is, 54*5=270

    The floor of her tree house, however is 2 times taller than she is.

    54*2=108

    The result would be:

    270-108=162

    The difference is 162 inches
