    Scale of 1 cm to 6 inches

    length is 5 ft ... 1 ft = 12 inches ... so 5 ft = (5 * 12) = 60 inches

    and if 1 cm = 6 inches ... then 60 inches = (60/6) = 10 cm <=

    width is 2 ft ... 1 ft = 12 inches ... so 2 ft = (2 * 12) = 24 inches

    and if 1 cm = 6 inches ... then 24 inches = (24/6) = 4 cm <=

    perimeter of a rectangle : P = 2 (L + W)

    W = 4 cm

    L = 10 cm

    P = 2 (10 + 4)

    P = 2 (14)

    P = 28 cm < = = ur perimeter
